End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement (the “Agreement”) governs your use of the software applications provided by Burandt Productions LLC, doing business as Show Digital (“Show Digital,” “we,” or “us”). By installing, accessing, or using any Show Digital application, you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, do not use the software.
This Agreement is effective as of August 18, 2026.

License Grant
Show Digital grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use our software applications for their intended business purpose.
This license is granted to you as an individual user, or to the organization that authorized your access. It does not transfer ownership of the software.
Permitted Use
The software may be used only to carry out work for or on behalf of Show Digital, including scheduling, file transfer, image processing, and accounting workflows.
Access is provided for the duration of your engagement or subscription and may be revoked at any time.
Restrictions
You may not copy, modify, decompile, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the software.
You may not sell, rent, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise transfer the software or your access credentials to any third party.
You may not use the software to access data belonging to another company or client without authorization.
Ownership
All software, source code, interfaces, and related materials remain the sole and exclusive property of Show Digital and are protected under U.S. copyright law.
No rights are granted except those expressly stated in this Agreement.
Accounts and Credentials
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials, API keys, and access tokens secure.
Notify Show Digital promptly if you believe any credential has been lost, shared, or compromised.
Connected Third-Party Services
Some applications connect to third-party services on your behalf, including Intuit QuickBooks Online, Dropbox, and Aryeo.
You authorize the software to access those services using credentials you provide. Your use of each third-party service remains governed by that provider’s own terms. Show Digital is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services.
Data Handling
The software accesses and processes business data — including accounting records, client information, and image files — solely to perform the functions you request.
Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Availability and Support
The software may be updated, changed, or discontinued at any time.
Show Digital does not guarantee uninterrupted availability and is not obligated to provide support, training, or maintenance unless separately agreed in writing.
Updates
Applications may check for and install updates automatically to maintain compatibility and security.
Continued use of the software after an update constitutes acceptance of this Agreement as it then reads.
Termination
This license terminates automatically if you breach any term of this Agreement, and may be terminated by Show Digital at any time.
On termination you must stop using the software, and Show Digital may revoke your access credentials. The sections covering ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The software is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of any business or accounting data.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Show Digital is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost data, lost profits, or business interruption arising from use of the software.
Total liability under this Agreement is limited to the amount you paid for the software in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, with venue in Lee County.
Changes to This Agreement
Show Digital may update this Agreement from time to time. The current version will always be posted at this link, and continued use of the software constitutes acceptance.
